Play By Ear Volume 2
Play By Ear Volume 2 is being planned for late 2010 or early 2011.
PBE Volume 2 will continue where Volume 1 left off.
The use of the chords ii7, II7, vi7, VI7, iii7, III7 will be discussed. Theory on chord progression will continue using the Circle of 5ths.
Through a songs approach, students will familiarize themselves with the SOUNDS
of the chords, and also acquire the skill to play these chords in songs, and reharmonize with chord substitution BY EAR.
